Frequently asked questions about payments.

Q1: How do I pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna?

A1: Klarna is a trusted payment provider offering flexible payment options to customers. If you have any concerns about how Klarna handles your personal information, please refer to Klarna's Privacy Notice.

Here are the steps to pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna:

  1. Step 1: Place your favourite items in your shopping basket.
  2. Step 2: Select Klarna at checkout.
  3. Step 3: Your payment will be divided into 3 equal instalments. The first payment is taken when you place your order.
  4. Step 4: The second payment is taken automatically 30 days later, and the final payment is taken 60 days after your purchase. Payments are automatically collected from the debit or credit card you provide to Klarna.

Q2: How do Klarna's automatic payments work?

A2: When you choose Klarna Pay in 3, your payments are automatically collected from the debit or credit card you provide to Klarna.

The first payment is taken when you make your purchase. The second payment is taken automatically 30 days later, and the final payment is taken 60 days after your purchase.

You can view your payment schedule and upcoming payments in the Klarna app.

Q3: What should I do if the payment for my order is declined?

A3: If your payment is declined, you may need to place your order again. We cannot reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. Before placing a new order, please check the following:

  1. Make sure your order details, such as your delivery address, phone number and email address, are correct.
  2. Check that your card details, including the expiry date and billing address, have been entered correctly.
  3. Your card issuer may have declined the payment. Please contact your bank or card provider for more information.
  4. Make sure you have sufficient funds or available credit.

If you have checked all of the above, please try again or use a different payment method.

Q4: What are the common reasons for credit card payment failure?

A4: Here are some common reasons for failed payments:

  • Online transactions are not enabled on the card
  • The transaction has been declined by the card issuer
  • Incorrect card details have been provided during payment
  • Insufficient card balance
  • Too many payment attempts have been made

Please try again with the same payment method you used before.

Change your payment method to a different one.

Q5: Why is there an additional charge on my statement labeled “International Service Fee”?

A5: If you see a separate small charge (usually 1%–3% of your transaction) on your bank statement, please be assured that VZMORE did NOT collect this money.

This is an International Service Fee (also known as a Foreign Transaction Fee) charged directly by your issuing bank. Here is why it appears:

  • Cross-Border Transaction: Because our payment processing centre is located in Hong Kong, most banks identify this as a “cross-border transaction,” even if you paid in your local currency (e.g., GBP).
  • Bank Policy: Many standard debit and credit cards charge this fee to cover the cost of routing payments through international networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • The Statement Label: To help you identify the source, your bank typically adds our store name to the fee's description. This indicates that the fee is related to your purchase with us, but the funds are kept entirely by your bank.

How to verify: Compare your order confirmation email with your bank statement. You will see that the amount we charged matches your order total exactly. Any additional line items are fees imposed by your financial institution.

Our Recommendation: To avoid these fees in the future, we suggest using a card that offers “No Foreign Transaction Fees.” For further clarification, please contact your bank's customer service department.
